The wayfinding project for DOM Bela Vista was developed to translate the essence of the development — elegance, modernity, and subtlety — in a sensitive and functional way.
Designed for a young audience, the system balances contemporary aesthetics with efficient orientation, reinforcing the architectural identity of the space.
The graphic language was inspired by the project’s logo — with vertical, condensed typography and softly rounded endings — which guided the creation of modern, minimalist visual elements that also highlight the purity of the materials.
The signage pieces use clean lines and strategic cutouts that reveal the interior finishes, creating a direct connection between architecture and wayfinding. From this dialogue between solid and void emerges a composition that brings both depth and visual lightness.
The color palette adopts neutral tones that enhance the project’s sophisticated yet youthful character. The result is a wayfinding system that guides while standing out with discretion — contributing to a welcoming, clear, and contemporary living experience.
