Caxias do Sul now has signature commercial development on its skyline: Olavo Bilac Corporate by Censi Empreendimentos. With a strong presence in this growing city, the building combines classical and modern aspects with a wide range of offices of various sizes offering a variety of amenities.
Finished in high quality materials and luxuriously decorated, the complex offers nine floors of commercial suites and a well-appointed common area available for meetings and events. The Wayfinding Design reflects the corporate spirit embodied here without sacrificing style or personality.
The prominent horizontal lines on the building’s exterior are reflected on the interior in the acrylic signage. This detail is interrupted by brushed steel and stenciled alphanumeric codes. The pictographic system was designed especially for this project.
