The Ponta da Figueira Marina in Eldorado do Sul is unique among residential developments due to its navigable waterways. They flow past every lot and open onto the Guaiba River.
As riverside development, concern with the weather and sustainability was key. In this project we had the opportunity to participate in the naming of halls, streets, squares and islands that make up the community. It was a great learning experience for us.
We organized areas, sports facilities, parks and social clubs into sectors through colors inspired by natural features. With well-posted pedestrian and vehicle routes and easily identified areas, residents and visitors are welcomed in an elegant manner.
