The Casa 100 development, located in one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in the city of Porto Alegre, is a unique example of architecture that combines quality and modernity. Minimalist wayfinding solutions enhance the interior design with a system that goes beyond the surface with volumetric lettering and pictograms in colors matching the painting and wood grain finishes of the walls and doors. The same granite of the facade is used on the exterior totems, integrating the system’s materials with the architecture. The parking areas are noteworthy for their composition of geometric graphics in green tones, making this a welcoming space for tenants who access the building there.
