At the north end of the island of Florianópolis, surrounded by nature and tree lined streets, this development integrates comfort, planning and infrastructure. Following major international trends, Quay Luxury Home Design combines boutique homes with the sophistication of CFL luxury residences.
Refined 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments with areas of 105 to 655 m² are enhanced with several deluxe common spaces such as a wine bar, bistro, fitness area, spa and a pool with adjacent bar and lounge.
The Wayfinding Design integrates these interior and exterior spaces in a contemporary, discreet and creative way. Its solutions are simple, with materials suited to the seaside ambiance, and with soft colors and pictograms specially designed for this project.
