  The headquarters of Softplan were recently completed in the Florianopolis innovation corridor just minutes from the beach. As one of Brazil’s largest management software companies, this project is a bold architectural statement that focuses on building sustainability.

  The dynamic way in which the more than 1,500 Softplan employees are organized to develop their projects challenges the static character of traditional buildings, and so the architecture and wayfinding sought solutions to make the space flexible while enabling the integration and well-being of its occupants.

  The engineers at Sofplan use diagrams make vast amounts of information flow and connect through simplifying visual symbols. These visual elements inspired the Wayfinding design which easily adapts to the changing needs of this fast-paced environment by using portable signs that allow for low-cost updates without sacrificing creativity or sobriety.
